Morphits Polymorph is a hand mouldable thermoplastic, which comes in the form of 2mm white beads.

Melts at 62ºC in hot water or any other heat source. Non-toxic. Mould it into the shape you need and let it cool to room temperature. Recycle it many times by reheating.

Morphits polymorph is a linear polycaprolactone (PCL) monomer grade with high molecular weight (about 50,000). It is also at printable grade, exhibiting very good biodegradability and resistance to tear, moisture and impact.

Provides flexibility, enhanced durability, high elongation and excellent low temperature performance.

Directions: Place a spoonful beads in a cup and add boiling water. The beads quickly melt together and become transparent. The melted plastic can be moulded by hand, rolled out into sheets and stuck onto many surfaces. Polymorph can be reheated and remelted and reused many times over, so it is fully recyclable.

Stormcure Accelerator is used with Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive to help reduce the cure time from 24 hours down to approximately 1 hour.

Mix the accelerator with a ratio of 1:5. One part accelerator : Five parts Adhesive.

1ml of Accelerator : 5ml(5g) Adhesive

The 250ml bottle will be enough to accelerate:

16 x 90g tubes of Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive
80 x 15g tubes of Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive
2400 x 5g tubes of Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive

Directions:
Squeeze the adhesive into a suitable container, plate, tray. Then add the accelerator. Mix the adhesive and accelerator quickly with a spatula or something similar thoroughly and then paint or apply it directly onto the surface you want to repair. 

You should start to see the adhesive cured much faster than normal.

Also use it to preclean a surface and clean up afterwards.

N.B. The container, plate, tray you use to mix with, will probably have to be thrown away so don't use anything valuable.
